Reid Tolley

Reid Tolley, SHRM-SCP, is a Partner at the Center for Growth Leadership and Managing Director of the Human Resources Best Practices at the Center of Excellence, is a career HR Executive with over 35 years of Organization Development, Talent Management, and HR Management experience. He has been a leader in some very challenging environments including two large international factory startups in Canada and China, and a significant North American business unit turn around.

Reid’s core competency is fostering a culture of continual adaptation in organizations and their leaders. He accomplishes his mission through providing Certified Executive Coaching, leadership team development, creating assessment tools for selection and development, identification and development of emerging leaders, succession planning, strategic planning workshop facilitation, and organization consulting.

Reid holds multiple professional certifications including SHRM-SCP and earned his Certified Master Coach certification in 2012 from the Behavior Coaching Institute (BCI). BCI coaches focus on behavior change and draw upon techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neural Linguistic Programming, experiential learning, and by asking the right challenging questions.
